Xmachine XM-100 Launches at the INNO100 Global Flagship Innovation Store

Small but fully featured in 5-axis machining functions, the Xmachine XM-100 performs delicate 3D carving, complex freeforms, and produces high-accuracy parts—all on one device.
The machine provides RTCP (Rotating Tool Center Point) control and 3+2 positioning operations for high-precision, high-speed manufacturing. Using this device, it is possible to perform multi-axis machining jobs and automate production and realize high accuracy of results while reducing entry barriers.
Be it rapid prototyping, product development, custom PC modifications, or small production of creative manufacturing items, the Xmachine XM-100 helps makers realize their ideas as ready-to-use engineering products speedily and conveniently.Since its launch, the Xhorse3D booth has been visited regularly by those who create, make, and are interested in new technological advancements.
Visitors witnessed live demonstrations of CAM generating machining toolpaths automatically with the help of artificial intelligence, processes that can convert real-world objects into machinable models using 3D scanning, as well as samples manufactured from several materials with precision machining.
Every demonstration depicted the overall process of making the final product from the conception stage, showing that professional desktop 5-axis CNC machining is much more available than many imagine.
Offline Experience Event: Discover Desktop 5-Axis CNC: No Experience Required
On December 27, 2025, INNO100 and Xhorse3D organized a practical training event with the title “Desktop 5-Axis CNC for Everyone”. The event was open for people of all levels of skills, starting from beginners with no CNC experience to makers with various ideas, freelance designers, and professional engineers.
There were five Xmachine systems available for hands-on involvement where the participants could go through the entire workflow—from 3D scanning, online machine models and automatic tool path generation to manufacturing final products with the machine.No coding. No programming for CNC. Just start from scratch and design your own achieved product.
